👑 न्यायप्रिय राजा और रहस्यमयी चोरी
प्राचीन काल में सत्यगढ़ नामक राज्य में एक महान राजा वीरसिंह का शासन था। वह अपने न्यायप्रिय स्वभाव और ईमानदारी के लिए प्रसिद्ध थे। उनके दरबार में दूर-दूर से लोग न्याय पाने आते थे, क्योंकि वह बिना किसी पक्षपात के निर्णय लेते थे।
🏛️ मंदिर से चोरी और राज्य में हड़कंप
एक दिन राज्य के प्रसिद्ध मंदिर से सोने की बहुमूल्य मूर्ति चोरी हो गई। पूरी प्रजा में डर और असंतोष फैल गया। लोग चाहते थे कि राजा जल्दी से असली चोर को पकड़ें और उचित न्याय करें।
राजा वीरसिंह ने तुरंत सैनिकों को आदेश दिया कि वे जल्द से जल्द चोर का पता लगाएं। कुछ ही दिनों में तीन संदिग्ध पकड़े गए –
1️⃣ रामदास – मंदिर का पुजारी
2️⃣ भीम – एक गरीब किसान
3️⃣ सुरेश – एक व्यापारी
हर कोई अपनी निर्दोषता की दुहाई दे रहा था, लेकिन राजा को पता था कि सत्य किसी न किसी रूप में जरूर सामने आएगा।
🧠 राजा की अनोखी परीक्षा
राजा ने एक चतुर योजना बनाई। उन्होंने तीनों संदिग्धों को एक-एक लकड़ी का टुकड़ा दिया और कहा –
“यह जादुई लकड़ी है। यदि तुममें से कोई चोर होगा, तो इसकी लंबाई रात भर में बढ़ जाएगी!”
राजा ने तीनों को उन लकड़ियों के साथ रातभर एक कक्ष में रखा और सुबह होने का इंतजार किया।
🌅 अगली सुबह और चोर का पर्दाफाश
सुबह होते ही राजा ने तीनों की लकड़ियों को देखा और तुरंत समझ गए कि असली चोर कौन है!
💡 असल में, लकड़ी कोई जादुई नहीं थी, लेकिन जो भी डर के कारण अपनी लकड़ी काटेगा, वही चोर होगा।
📌 सुरेश की लकड़ी सबसे छोटी थी!
चूंकि सुरेश को डर था कि लकड़ी बढ़ जाएगी, उसने इसे थोड़ा काट दिया। राजा ने इसे देखते ही उसे असली चोर घोषित कर दिया।
⚖️ न्याय और सत्य की जीत
राजा वीरसिंह ने आदेश दिया कि –
✅ मूर्ति को मंदिर में वापस रखा जाए।
✅ सुरेश को उसके अपराध की सजा मिले।
✅ गरीबों और निर्दोषों को न्याय मिले।
राज्य की जनता ने राजा के बुद्धिमान निर्णय की सराहना की।

✔ सत्य को कितनी भी चालाकी से छुपाने की कोशिश की जाए, लेकिन वह हमेशा उजागर हो जाता है।

👑 A just king and a mysterious theft
In ancient times, a great king Veer Singh ruled in a kingdom called Satyagarh. He was famous for his just nature and honesty. People from far and wide came to his court to get justice, because he took decisions without any bias.
🏛️ Theft from temple and chaos in the state
One day a precious gold idol was stolen from the famous temple of the state. Fear and discontent spread among the people. People wanted the king to quickly catch the real thief and do proper justice.
King Veersingh immediately ordered the soldiers to find the thief as soon as possible. Three suspects were arrested in a few days –
1️⃣ Ramdas – temple priest
2️⃣ Bheem – a poor farmer
3️⃣ Suresh – a businessman
Everyone is pleading his innocence But the king knew that the truth will definitely come out in some form or the other.
🧠 The king’s unique test
The king made a clever plan. He gave a piece of wood to each of the three suspects and said –
“This is a magical wood. If any of you is a thief, its length will increase overnight!”
The king kept all three in a room with those sticks overnight and waited for the morning.
🌅 The next morning and the thief’s Revealed
In the morning, the king saw the sticks of all three and immediately understood who the real thief was!
💡 Actually, the wood was not magical, but whoever cuts his wood out of fear will be the thief.
📌 Suresh’s wood was the smallest!
Since Suresh was afraid that the wood would grow, he cut it a little. As soon as the king saw this, he declared him the real thief.
⚖️ Victory of justice and truth
King Veersingh ordered that –
✅ The idol should be placed back in the temple.
✅ Suresh should be punished for his crime.
✅ The poor and the innocent should get justice.
The people of the kingdom appreciated the king’s wise decision.
